Italy Beach Break 2007

50's night in Italy at the camp

Middle School Students and Leaders in Italy

High School Guys at Pisa!

This year we had around 300 students from around Europe for each of our Italy Beach Break Camps. These teenagers come from Army and Air Force bases around Europe and are the one's whose parents are deployed and are on the front lines of the war.

The High School and Middle School camps went great. God really used the speaker, musicians and Club Beyond staff to minister to the students. The focal point of this camp was to begin a relationship with God and to grow deeper in Him. God really answered our prayers in that many of our students made first time commitments to Christ and desire to grow deeper in their walk.

Thank you all for making this ministry to our military families possible.

Please keep our family in your prayers as we seek to reach these students with the

saving love of Christ.

Blessings, Ron and Karen

Slovak Children attending VBS after school.

The last day at the school in Hybe, Slovakia we put on a fair for the children. We had a lot of different games, face painting, and prizes. We all really connected with the children and we didn't want to leave as much as they didn't want to see us go. Please pray for Slovakia, that the local Christians will be able to be a light in a dark place.

High School Slovakia Service Project

Through MCYM (Military Community Youth Ministry), we joined over 800 students from other American military bases from around Europe to minister God's love and grace to the people of Slovakia.

Our base, Mildenhall/Lakenheath England, teamed together with the air force base in Incirlik, Turkey to work in the Slovakian town of Hybe for the week. Here we where able to build a playground for the children; teach in the classrooms; hold VBS after school for the younger children and provide club for the older middle school and high school students.

In the evening all of the American students gathered together for a Spirit energized time of fun, worship and teaching. Our students where challenged to live for God everyday, not just here "on the mountain top". Many of our students from England committed their life to serve God full time, and one or our students made a first time commitment to follow Christ.

God is alive and active here in the military culture at our base here in England. Please continue to pray for the 1400 students at our base that through the ministry of Youth for Christ, partnered with MCYM our family will be able to make a lasting impact for Christ.

Blessings, Ron & Karen.

In mid Feburary Club Beyond, took our middle school students to Poland for a great service project. We spent our time at the Elim Christian Center and helped out with the various ongoing ministries.
